WP Super Cache is slowing my site way down

Hello,
Recently after upgrading to WordPress 3.4, I noticed quite a slow down in my site. Figuring that it was probably a plugin that wasn’t ready for 3.4 yet, I started disabling everything and testing what was the problem. Come to find out, my site runs much slower with WP Super Cache enabled than with it disabled as shown by the following speed tests:
