WP Super Cache Error rename – unlink wp-cache-phase2.php

    Hi
    I am getting these errors on my multisite install:
    [06-Jan-2013 01:44:12] PHP Warning: rename(/home/????/public_html/wp-content/cache/101434485250e8d6ec586a90.22184280.tmp,/home/????/public_html/wp-content/cache/blogs/home/wp-cache-test.com63092efa29e53d658b8bdc0493222b59.html) [function.rename]: No such file or directory in /home/????/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 605

    I have tried debugging but I have no idea what these mean.
