WP Super-Cache & Cookie Plugin

    If a user accepts the cookie, the cookie buttons will still appear without the text.

    The WP Super Cache Support contains: “Rewrite your cookie banner so it’s completely in Javascript. Do the cookie detection in Javascript and also set the cookie in Javascript. If the cookie banner has been clicked then you need to trigger an action, and other Javascript that is hooked on to that trigger will run and load the tracking cookies.”

    Is there a way to display the cookie banner as pure Javascript? Do you have a tip how I can turn off the wrong display of the buttons after the user has accepted the cookie?

    For german speaking:

    Nachdem der User die Cookies akzeptiert, erscheinen die beiden Buttons nach einem Reload der Seite wieder, nur ohne dem Balken mit dem Text. Sieht ziemlich merkwürdig aus und den Tipp oben habe ich vom Supercache Support erhalten.

    Hi,

    leider nein. Hatte auch mit unseren WP Entwicklern in der Arbeit gesprochen, half alles nix.

    Letztlich nutze ich jetzt “WP Fastest Cache” da auch sehr gute Kritik und keine Fehler bis jetzt entdeckt und die haben eine gschmeidige Cloudflare API. Und in Kombo mit https://cookieconsent.insites.com/ l?uft es wie am Schnürchen. Bis jetzt alles fehlerfrei…
