WP Super Cache compatibility

Hello,
how does AdRotator work together with caching plugins like WP Super Cache? When I insert shortcodes, their results are also cached and therefore no banner rotation would happen until the cache gets refreshed?

At least other tools are working this way. How about your plugin?

Is there a way to exclude certain shortcodes from being cached?
