WP Super Cache blank page and The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were

1st error: The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!
My website loads 3 different pages from the index.php which takes 2 seconds.
Therefore pages are loading at different times. When I test Cache.
1st page load 8:59:51 AM and 2nd page load 8:59:54 AM.So I’m guessing my server configuration may not allow my website to access itself.
2nd error: I get a blank page in Firefox or HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request in Chrome.
When I try to refresh it takes up to 10 minutes for the website to come back up or until Cache is cleared.
