WP Super Cache and virtual host settings

Actually I’ve installed WP Super cache to our blog network, but I’m not sure what I’ve to do with my apache virtual host settings for improvement:

-We’re using APC cache
-We’re using compression via mod_deflate
-We’re using browser cache via ExpiresByType settings

I’m not sure what to do with all this, I can leave it active, or it’s better to deactivate this stuff and let WP Super Cache perform his magic…
