WP Super Cache and IE

I turned off the Cache Plugin (WP Super Cache) whilst building the site Pomegranate Life went to check the site in IE and waited, waited some more then was informed that the site could not be found. Check my internet connection. Hmmm. So tested the site in Chrome and of course “Voila” it is there. So returned to IE and deleted all history. Went back to WP to turn the Cache Plugin back on and returned to IE and yes the site was there but unfortunately the same problem persists as in the the text is under the Jquery slider. Anybody got a clue as to how to help me get my head around this one please…. Thanks Jason
