WP Store Locator & Polylang : String translation doesnt show on website

Hello there,

I installed Wp Store Locator.( this one : https://www.welaunch.io/en/knowledge-base/topics/wordpress/store-locator/store-locator-faq/)

All strings we set on plugin settings are shown on String Translation but when translated their are not shown on the website.

Example, I set on setting : “Visit store”, I can find it in English into String Translation, I translate it on French Canadian but its still the english which is show on website.
