WP Stats/Google Analytics Not Working On RealEstate Theme

Hi,

I’m using this theme:
https://www.elegantwpthemes.com/realestate-another-free-wordpress-theme.html

And neither WP Stats, nor Google Analytics shows any of the visits that I KNOW are on the site.

Can someone please help? I’ve tried to activate them both one by one, and together, and it just won’t work!
