wp stats apikey problem

i am not techie so my blog shoomedia.com was maintained by someone else, but now when i try to manage it, i face a problem :- the person who manage the blog has use the apikey of his own wordpress.com account, but now when i try to use my own apikey, it says already registered with another account, so i contact that person, the problem is solved but the hack is that it shows the blank no graph…. solution.
