Hi Team. Currently I update the WP Statistic version to 11.0.1.

Suprisingly it is missing from my wordpress dashboard and website sidebar.

But still available in wordpress installed plugin.

What must i do to fix this problem. Thanks.

Is there an error message displayed at the top of the plugins page?

    Ohh..It said:

WP Statistics Disabled — You are running an unsupported version of PHP.
WP Statistics has detected PHP version 5.3.29 which is unsupported, WP Statistics requires PHP Version 5.4.0 or higher!
Please contact your hosting provider to upgrade to a supported version or disable WP Statistics to remove this message.

So there you have the answer! ??

The plugin isn’t compatible with the PHP version you (i.e. your provider) are running…

So the fix would be to update to PHP 5.4+, or to revert back to plugin version 10.x (10.3 should be OK for PHP 5.3 IIRC).

in my case, WP statistics is active, but menu and widgets are all missing in all my sites (5 sites)

This may seem a silly reply, but have you looked at the settings for the plugin to be sure those functions are turned on?

OK Thanks Greg & Bios 4, I have rollback the plugin version with the compatible PHP version. Maybe upgrade once after change on PHP version later.

I had to go back to previous version, the plugin also despite appearing as enabled it does not mark the visits.

@reinasc check your version of PHP, it’s likely below 5.4 and you will need to upgrade.
