WP statistics capture less IPs

    Hello,

    My wp statistics working well with 1 visitor out of 3 clicks generally. After optimization, it shows 1 visitor out of 10 clicks. I guess it is the CDN optimization problem. Then I deactivate the optimization plug-in, but our normal data,1 visitor out of 3 clicks, never come again.

    Please help. Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I guess you have changed the plugin configuration.
    Maybe if you reset the plugin to its default setting, it could help you.
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Reset

    Hi Reza,

    I have reset the pluge-in. The rate of visitors to clicks become normal. However, the total number of visitors and clicks become much less than when it was normal.

    I want to send the screeshot to you. Please tell me how. Thank you!

    What number is entered on the following textbox?
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Visitors > Coefficient per Visitor

    Hi,

    That number is one. But I don’t understand why should we change this field? Why the visitors will increase by times? And if we change the number, what number should we set up?
