WP Statistic plugin is unable to count visitors on my website

First, please double-check the plugin configuration on the following path and make sure you are enabled/disabled your desired options:
Dashboard > Statistics > General

After reconfiguring the plugin, check the functionality of the plugin and contact me if the problem still exists.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback! I did the following as you mentioned, the problem still exists. Very disheartened to see the countings just “1” from the last three months, it was working perfectly fine, automatically it turned in “1” from the last three months every single day.

I’m hoping it to be resolved soon, what should I do?

Not really, I have attached a screenshot of all the current settings and stats.
I have tried updating the plugin, resetting the plugin, uninstalling, and installing it back, but no change.
