WP Stateless doesnt seem to be working

  • I set up WP stateless and its succesfully created the bucket etc on Google Cloud Server – Ive checked and my imae files I checked have the google url so it seems to be serving the site correctly. However when Ive checked in my Uploads folder I can see the images are still being stored in WordPress too. I set it to be stateless so I believe they should no longer be stored in wordpress and instead just on google. AM I missing something?

  • Hi @evowrap,
    Those images are probably what you uploaded previously before activating the WP Stateless plugin.

    Please go to Media >> Stateless Settings >> Sync tab.
    Select Regenerate all stateless images and synchronize Google Storage with local server then click Run button.
    This should move all old images to GCS.
