WP Staging created two copies of its database files as soon as we updated to WordPress 6.2. We are having to create a staging site and then delete the duplicates. FastComet hosting service have been helping us.

    Probs maybe investigate this?

    Hi @sydneywebdesigning

By default WP STGAING will create a copy of your live site’s database tables to be used as your staging site’s tables.

Do you mean after you updated WordPress on the staging site, you got the database tables duplicated? I don’t think this is the case; perhaps this extra copy of the tables was related to an orphaned staging site that wasn’t deleted in the past for some reason.

Anyway, please send us the system information from (WP STAGING > System Info) via this form:
    https://wp-staging.com/support/#pro-support

We will help you further from there.

    Thanks,
    Alaa
