Hi, I’m trying to use WP Staging but can’t get started because the plug-in doesn’t start and gives me the following errors on the plug-in page:

    “Something went wrong; internal”
“Loading… may take a while for huge websites”
“server error while processing the request!”

When I go into my FTP, I’m unable to see wp-staging as an installed folder/plug-in under wp-content/plugins so there are no logs I can check, and my own logs don’t seem to show a trace of wp-staging either.

Haven’t been able to find anything online about this. Any idea how to fix it?

    Hi mate,

can you open a support ticket please?
    https://wp-staging.com/support/

Just refer to this post and send me debug logs from wp-content/uploads/wp-staging

I am pretty sure i make it running for you.

    Cheers
    René

I am experiencing the same issue: Just installed WP-Staging and get the error listed above. I went into wp-content/uploads/wp-staging for logs but do not see any as I just installed and activated the plugin. Rene asked the previous user to open a support ticking on wp-staging.com but now no one benefits from the resolution to the issue.

    Can you please advise?

    Thanks!
