WP Staging Critical error: failed to create backup file

    Trying to do a full backup of a staging site. It seemed to do it, taking about 40 minutes, then at the end:

    [info] – [2024/01/05 23:36:03] – Written 0 bytes to compressed backup
    [info] – [2024/01/05 23:39:43] – Written 0 bytes to compressed backup

    [critical] – [2024/01/05 23:42:47] – Failed to create backup file: Failed to write files-index to backup file!

    Hi,

    Please use the Contact Us button from inside wp staging user interface and click on the blue button that says “Share Debug Logs with WP Staging…” so that we’ll receive your log files.

    You can also download the log files from wp staging > system info. Then send the log files to us via our contact form.
