wp spamshield

  • Hello,i wanted to connect woocomerce and printful,when i clicked on connect error pops out and says WP-SpamShield plugin blocks the connection.
    I asked printful staff for solution,they said that i need to turn off wp spamshield.
    Heres the problem,i didnt even installed wp spamshield on my wordpress,i cant find that plugin anywhere in plugins section,can you please help me to fix this?Thanks for reading.
