via FTP, check wp-contents/plugins and wp-contents/mu-plugins. Do you see anything related to that plugin there?

No i couldnt find anything, and wp-contents/mu-plugins doesnt exist in my directories only wp-contents/plugins

That’s very strange! I see you’re connected through Cloudflare, so you might check with their support to see if they “front end” that as part of your service.

What was the solution?

I didn`t fixed it,i thought i fixed it,its not working again.

I contacted cloudflare and they said this:Wp-spamshield is a plugin on your wordpress site. Try looking through your plugin list again or ask your WordPress host to turn off wp-spamshield, as they might have it on by default.

It could be that another plugin has the message coded in, in a response to what it thinks is a Spamshield issue.

I think printful plugin has coded in that message,i tried to connect woocommerce and printful again,now different error pops out and says that im using printaura plugin which i dont,i think printful plugin says wrong error message,im gonna send you imgur picture of printful plugin status later today,my acc is suspended now for using exceeded the daily limits of infinityfree service.Thanks for helping!

I bought new one today,im gonna try again when they migrate my stuff to this hosting.
