WP Social Login Not Working

1. The Boom Box theme requires me to use WP Social Login as a next method of registering users for the website. ?

2. This theme also has specifically asked me to use Theme My Login plugin (moderation add-on) to validate users email (By sending a confirmation email) before they can complete the registration process?.
These are my issues…..

When registering a user without WP social login, the Theme My Login plugin works fine. It sends me the verification email, i go to my email and confirm and it works.

If i use WP Social login, it doesn’t send me a confirmation email. Iv spoken with theme my login and they say that it’s not possible using their Moderation add-on. I had to paid for this plugin and it doesn’t work. The only reason i went ahead and purchased was because you said it “was purposely made compatible with it because it provides a solid User Moderation module and there is no point to reinvent the wheel.?” I paid for something that doesn’t even work. ??
I would like to know if this theme can use any other social media login method/s that will give me the option of sending the user a confirmation email before they are completely registered and logged in.

Also another problem i have is that, WP Social Login doesn’t set the role of the user at all when this method is used for registration. This is critical as users who register must have a subscriber role in order for us to send out welcome notification etc…..

Please suggest fixes to do all the above.
