Wp social login Authentification failed. Facebook and twitter

  • Hello, I need help with a problem that I have for quite some time with WordPress Social Login 2.1.3, I can not access facebook or twitter, says a message:

    Authentification failed. The user has Canceled the authentication or the provider refused the connection.

    I’ve been debugging on multiple servers and work on all but when I install it on the production server one small with Amazon ec2 with ssl load balancer does not work and gives the message above. I’ve tried has removed the load balancer on the same server to see if it is the fault of the load balancer and I get this other message:

    You can not access this page directly.

    In any case the load balancer you know if I can be causing this problem, you know if there is any solution.

    If you need a comfortable access some data or no problem.

    Hi, I managed to make it work properly without the load balancer, on the same server, so I’m sure the problem is the balancer know how I can solve this problem.

    Hello, I think I know what happens, in this issue balancer settings is set as follows:
    Balancer Machine
    80 -> 8888
    443 -> 80

    The 8888 is a virtual server that makes the 443 redirects.

    With this configuration I cancel the connection with the access to facebook
