I’ve been investigating and the plugin is blocking the WP Smush Pro plugin (I haven’t tested it in the free version).
It’s probably blocking the request, I just couldn’t check which request is made to report here.

Glad to help. In order to do anything though, the actual blocked URLs are needed. That way I can locate the offending pattern and try to provide a solution.

Hi @webvoyou, I just tested that string and it is not blocked by BBQ Firewall. Maybe there is some other URL involved? Or it could be that some other plugin or script is blocking? Let me know how I can help, thank you.

It’s not our plugin, so it’s quite hard for us to pinpoint the exact issue. I suggest reaching out to the WPMU Dev support team to help identify the problem. Also, the free version seems to have the same issue (we used your plugin as a mu-plugin just for testing purposes), so you might want to set up and test with the free version before contacting support to better understand what might be causing the blockage.

    Sincerely,
