Problem description:
We have observed that the management of email sending on our instance works intermittently and randomly. This has a direct impact on our ability to communicate effectively with our users and guarantee the delivery of critical notifications.
Symptoms:
Emails are sometimes sent correctly, but there are times when they are not sent at all.
No explicit errors are displayed in the system error logs.
Feedback from our users indicates that they are not receiving certain important emails (notifications, confirmations, etc.).
Manual resend attempts can sometimes succeed, but there is no clear pattern.
Impact:Loss of user confidence in our system.
Delay in receiving critical information.
Increase in customer support requests due to missing emails.
Steps already taken :SMTP configuration check: Settings are correct and have not been changed recently.
Connection tests: SMTP server connection tests passed without errors.
Log review: The logs show no clear anomalies or errors associated with sending failures.
Email service reset: The service has been restarted without any noticeable improvement.
Email address validation: All addresses used are valid and correctly formatted.
