    Problem description:

    We have observed that the management of email sending on our instance works intermittently and randomly. This has a direct impact on our ability to communicate effectively with our users and guarantee the delivery of critical notifications.

    Symptoms:

    Emails are sometimes sent correctly, but there are times when they are not sent at all.
    No explicit errors are displayed in the system error logs.
    Feedback from our users indicates that they are not receiving certain important emails (notifications, confirmations, etc.).
    Manual resend attempts can sometimes succeed, but there is no clear pattern.
    Impact:

    Loss of user confidence in our system.
    Delay in receiving critical information.
    Increase in customer support requests due to missing emails.
    Steps already taken :

    SMTP configuration check: Settings are correct and have not been changed recently.
    Connection tests: SMTP server connection tests passed without errors.
    Log review: The logs show no clear anomalies or errors associated with sending failures.
    Email service reset: The service has been restarted without any noticeable improvement.
    Email address validation: All addresses used are valid and correctly formatted.

    Could you please confirm your email socket?

    Email log’s response is returned from the Email Socket (API), whatever it returns to Post SMTP (true or false), Post SMTP shows in logs.

    In this case Socket is returning success response.

    As shown in the attached screenshot, you can view your email logs in Mailjet by accessing the Mailjet Dashboard here.

    Confirm us what is the status of emails in MailJet dashboard that are not delivered from website and showing Successful log.

    Hi,

    After analyzing the Mailjet logs, we found that no trace of our sent e-mails was found in Mailjet. As a result, I don’t think that our e-mails leave the sending server.

    Our instance is based on an OVH server.

    It seems like a configuration issue. Try configuring it using the API Key. You can find detailed instructions on how to configure Post SMTP with MailJet at postmansmtp.com. After completing the configuration, please send a test email and let me know the outcome me.
