WP-SMTP Email Sending failure

When I am trying to recover my Lost Password, I am unable to receive resent link . When check is WP-SMTP, it’s showing mail send attemp was unsuccessful. I tried to change WP-SMTP password as well, even after that I am not able to receive reset link.
