Love the plugin, but I’m confused. Since your encryption update, I cannot reenter the proper username or password to restore authorization. Must the user name be an address at the website it’s used on? Which password? The site, the SMTP host? Cand I change the username and password, or must they be the data used upon install? Can we continue to use the plugin despite lack of authentication?

And, the link to the Plugin Homepage leads to an unsafe destination in Tunesian in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. What now?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello @michaelllinder,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You need to enter the credentials to authenticate on the email server. If you have cPanel access go to Email Accounts -> click Connect Devices on the same row as the email you want to use -> Mail Client Manual Settings
The user name usually is the same as the email address used and the password is the password for that email address.
You cannot use the plugin without authentication.

    Warmly,

    Beatrice.
