WP Slow to load and times out – always is loading

Ok, this isn’t a new problem I discovered many posts on this subject up to 3 years ago some solved others closed. All of the topics i found and read most talk about too many plugins and shared hosting. I do understand that this can play a role in the issue. However with that said I have installed and set up many WP blogs on shared hosting some having little plugins and others having loads of plugins all with no problems in loading time. My recent install however is the problem it is on a shared server and has a few more plugins then one my suggest but all needed.

to my issue….

When the site loads it loads slowly, very slowly and 2 out of 3 times the page times out or the load button keeps going if the page is loading. My pages and posts don’t have more then 1 or 2 images and the text is 1 or 2 paragraphs only! Any suggestions would be great I am currently using w3 super cache as well
