WP Site Health check fails when WP Business Intelligence is activated

  • Whenever I enable the WP Business Intelligence Lite plugin the WP Site Health fails:

    (1) The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10008 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    (2) The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10003 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    When deactivated these errors are gone. To isolate the issue I disabled all plugins and activated them in clusters. When WP BI was activated the issue reoccured. I see no errors in the php or iis logs. I am running latest versions. Any advice? Thank you.
