WP Simple Paypal Shopping Cart 'Continue Shopping' not showing

  • I’m using the WP Simple Paypal Shopping Cart plugin (v3.9.4) the the Karma theme. Everything seems to be working fine except that there’s no Continue Shopping button on the checkout page. I’ve looked everywhere in the settings and can’t see how to set one up.

    Can anyone advise?
