wp-sign.php page gives 404 error

  • I enabled the change login URL option then I enabled the WordPress registration via learndash and when a user tried to register he was redirected to that page “https://reachoutacademy.com/wp-signup.php” and it gives 404 error and then I deactivated the hide login URL option and the user registered successfully, so what should I do to keep the hide login URL activated and let the users register to my site without getting that error ?
