WP Shopping Cart Useless for Software Download

After 12 hours of getting into WordPress, I’ve managed to migrate a previous website to WP. For the most part WP is pretty straight forward.

One one hang up: the shopping cart plugin is pretty useless for my ecommerce software site. I have one product and payments are done by “buy it now”. This was not intuitive and the download page, cancel page, return pages were not staring at me. Can someone point to a tutorial or a better alternative to working with downloadable electronic media. This is my site. I had to revert to my existing IPN modules to get things to work but the templates were lost…
