    Hi,

    Can someone please help me with the plugin problem? I wrote numerous emails to [email protected] and they stopped providing any support. Basically I was told by the support to upgrade to the newest version 3.5.0 (at first) then 3.5.1 and then 3.5.2 to solve the issue of disappeared product galleries (I only have main photo showing). I told them it did not solve the problem….and they stopped respoding.

    Do you have any idea what to do to solve the problem of product galleries not appearing?

    Andrew, can you specify where do I look up the shortcode at? I am not a developer

    Andrew,

    We have input the shortcode and it did not fix the problem. Can you be more specific as to what do you mean with deleting the private app and reconnect again. Did you refer to your app: WP Shopify?

    Dear Andrew,

    We spent hours trying to figure out what is wrong with the plugin and we do not know. Here you will find the screenshot with error after syncing: https://ibb.co/C0ddyk2 . And YES we cleared plugin cache. There is a problem with WP Shopify plugin. I will appreciate your prompt response as we would like to get it fixed.

    Hey there,

    These are not errors, only warnings. They won’t prevent the plugin from working so you should be fine.

    Regarding the private app, this is the app you made inside Shopify which connects to the WordPress plugin. See step 2 here: https://docs.wpshop.io/#/getting-started/syncing

    I would recommend deleting this app, making a new one, and then reconnecting it to the WordPress plugin.

    Andrew,

    Plugin deleted and created a new one. I have:
    1. cleared plugin cache
    2. synced all data with WP
    3. enabled data cache in cache section – checked and no thumbs

    There are no thumbs. Please advise on what to do.

    You said you deleted the plugin in your last comment. But did you delete / re-created the Shopify private app?

    Deleted the Shopify private app and recreated it as per the instructions you sent.

    Andrew,

    How about you help me by logging into my shopify/WP backend? It has been 3 weeks since we try top solve it and we are in the middle of DECEMBER which is the best month for sales….and conversions. I do have your email since I already contacted you previously and I can re-send you access to my site. Sincerely waiting for a prompt response.

    Andrew,

    Thank you for sending me the Pro version of your plugin. We installed everything and got it reconnected and product thumbnails do not show on product pages on the PRO VERSION either. Let me know how to proceed.

    Thanks for being patient. I ended up getting pretty busy over the holidays, but I should have an update for you sometime next week.

    Hi there can you please help me with this issue? https://prnt.sc/wbx2ou. I tried to debug it myself by deactivating all plugins but still don’t work.
