Wp Seo Tags Error message

  • I can not figure this out. I am using wp seo tags and when I go to moderate some tags I get this error message below, the weird thing is that it does not always happen, I am able to moderate some tags, but not all

    Please can someone help and if so step by step instructions would be great! Thanks!
