WP Security / elegance theme / wp-ecommerce

Hi, I have recently installed WP Security after a hack. I restored my site and added the security plugin. For some reason when logged into wordpress and viewing the page below all looks good. When I log out and view the page the site breaks, please can you help, I may have edited some of the settings and not noticed this. Is it possible just to turn off the plugin for all the defaults to return? Please help?
