• Advance apologies, new to WordPress and trying to move past frustration.

Have WP install ver 4.8.2 with Avada Child Theme. Struggling with site speed based on real world and gtmetrix and pagespeed and on front end and back end. Had WP Speed of Light installed which helped the gtmetrix and pagespeed numbers but real world still very slow and overnight numbers have dropped back down from 85 to 71 on desktop.

Have 20 plugins including Yoast SEO and Cloudflare CDN. P3 is showing a great deal of overhead from Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry. Only thing were running in catalog is around 40 pdfs.

    1. We’ve set up browser caching but pagespeed and gtmetrix both say not. Possible something from cloudflare?
    2. Is this a slow running theme?
    3. HELP!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You Cloudflare setup seems whacked – why? The first byte time is averaging 6 to 8 seconds (that is the time it takes the server to respond). Review CloudFlare docs.
