Hi @dharestad,

Have you ensured that the shortcode on the page in question is the shortcode provided on the rosters tab in the plugin settings?

It’s my understand that this error occurs when there’s a shortcode utilised that doesn’t exist on the rosters tab. Please also ensure that all settings have been entered on the roster tab for the roster. I will look at implementing a code update to fix the issue, but this might be fixing an issue that under normal circumstances shouldn’t come up if a correct shortcode is used. Sorry if this assertion is incorrect on this, but it’s just what I am seeing on my end.

Thanks for the reply. I did confirm that I’m using the shortcode from the COPY SHORTCODE function in the plugin. Still nothing show. Appreciate any help you can provide on the coding side.

Can you please click the save settings button in the plugin settings as well?

Also have you tried the latest version of the plugin I released yesterday which should fix the fatal error.

I upgraded to WP-Roster 2.28. Saved the settings, copied the shortcode again to the page…and now I get this:
