    Hi, I’ve just updated your booking system and I noticed a big difference, the only role that can access to the plugin is the Administrator.
    In the previuous version, any role of my site can access to pinpoint booking system and that was a great feature, why you changed it? How to changed back?
    I’d like to give the access to the calendar to my collaborators without giving access to the dashboard or others plugins, how can I do?

    Another question that I have is: What happens to old reservations?
    I espected to have an archive of old reservations, or at least that reservations to left in the calendar. All old reservations disappeared from calendars and there is no place to find them. Can you help me?

    Hello,

    The plugin can be access by all WP users.
    The plugin can be managed only from the backend.
    Please check the WP user rights.

    You can view old reservations using the Expired filter from the Reservations section.

    I’m having the same trouble with user roles. Please explain “check the WP user rights”. My user is an Editor. What else should I check?

    Hello,

    I believe there is a confusion here. In free version you can not set users permissions … and since version 2.1.6 only administrators can view the booking system.

    To change this go to file dopbs.php @line 1027 and remove this line:

    $this->vars->role_action = 'manage_options';

    I will see if in the next update, I can add user view permission, like in PRO.
