WP Rocket WP Engine caching issues DONOTCAHCEPAGE

We are having cache issues where the site is set to not cache as we are using the plugin to set language. Is there someway to overcome this like loading the result once and sharing with the rest of the site during that session? If you can give me some direction it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!
