    Hi,

I am actually using another plugin to hide my WP (same functionality) and foremost I am using WP Rocket to cache and minify css and js. I found out that WP Rocket doesn’t respect the rewritten URLS and it caches everything based on WordPress default URLs. That leads to many 404 issues.

Long story short: Does your plugin support WP Rocket out of the box? Do you have any functionality that goes through the minified sources of WP Rocket and renames the urls set in your plugin?

If yes, do you guarantee support to make everything smooth? Because in that case I would go pro with your plugin.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Hide My WP Lite works with WP-Rocket and you can install it for free to test it. If it works for your website, the Ghost version will work too.

Just give it a try and let me know how you think about it.

    Hi,

I tested your plugin and it’s fine so far but if I open up the Chrome Developer Tools, go to Sources tab then I can identify a wp-content (I override it and it exists also as core) folder. Inside there are mainly assets called by plugins and the theme from their CSS/JS. Do you have an idea what’s going on?

I see. Please make sure is not a font loaded from CSS or through Ajax call.

We have a list of actions that Hide My WP can’t do and what we’re working on:

I see. From what I can recognize from my website, plugins and themes are using absolute pathes to load images and svgs. Most probably set in their CSS files. I guess the best I can do is to override those CSS files and set the new overriden path?

I like your plugin and your support. I will definitely go pro the next few days.

    Sure.

You can overwrite the paths in the CSS files or load the fonts in the source code where the plugin can dynamically change them.
