    I am troubleshooting a recent issue with WP-Rocket where the Used CSS option is impacted. In talking with their support they are seeing 403 errors on certain pages with their bot. Is there a way to make sure WP-Rocket bots are allowed? They also gave me a list of IP ranges the bots come from here. How can you adjust allowed IP ranges without knowing specific IP addresses? Also, can you allow specific bots?

    Yes, it’s possible to block/allow networks. Please, use this guide for that:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/sfw-blocks-networks

    To allow specific bots we need to know their User-Agents. Do you have such details?

    You can also see all visits here in your SFW Log and allow them from this interface:

    That you @serge00. I have reached out to WP-Rocket to make sure on the user agent front and have added the IP addresses in the allowed IPs section (thanks for the help on that front!). I will report back on the user agent.

    I received the following user agents from WP-Rocket to allow. Where would we add these?

    User Agents you should allow:
    WP-Rocket/SaaS Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/106.0.0.0?Safari/537.36
    WP-Rocket/SaaS Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 13; Pixel 5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/106.0.0.0?Mobile Safari/537.36

    Hello @bapple340,

    Unfortunately, there is no option to whitelist a User Agent via CleanTalk personal lists. However, I’d like to mention that the WP Rocket User Agent is globally whitelisted. If you still get 403 errors, please let us know.

    We’ve globally whitelisted the IPs of WP Rocket. Please click the Synchronization with Cloud button in the plugin settings to apply the changes:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk
