Where can we see the website in question?

Hi, sorry for the late reply on this. It doesn’t seem to send as spam anymore, but the form gets stuck on the loading wheel when trying to send a message. It isn’t till we manually login to the website and clear the cache that it works. This seems to be intermittent, it will be OK for a day or so then it keeps happening again.

Do you know of any reason why the cache might be interfering with the form sending?

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
