    HI, I currently have WP Rocket installed and the Control Heartbeat section activated to reduce activity in backend, post activity and frontend. Should I deactivate this if I install and activate the Dynamic Front-End Heartbeat Control plugin? Thanks.

    Hi there! Thank you for your question. It would be best to have just 1 plugin doing the heartbeat control to avoid unnecessary additional requests. You can make use of all other features WP Rocket has to provide without any issues.

    Ok thank you. Will Dynamic Front-End Heartbeat control also control activituy ont he backend and post activity too, or just front-end? Thank you.

    You are most welcome! The plugin is meant to resolve the front-end heartbeat issues, however, if you had performance issues due to the front-end. You might notice that your backend performance will improve as well.
