Wp Review 5.1.5 is interfering with WordPress 5.0 new editor

    Hello,

    The last version of the plugin, 5.1.5, is interfering with WordPress 5.0 new editor.

    When I tried to write something, the letters appears “reflected” in the text block. Example:

    I try to write “letter” and in the post appear “rettel” ??

    When I have deactivated the plugin, all works fine…

  • I would like to second this issue.

    I went through my plugins disabling them to track down the problem and realized that with WP Review active that all text I type in the Gutenberg visual editor is typed backwards, as Ivan mentioned.

    I’m afraid it didn’t fix it. It got better, but not fixed. Now, I can type and it behaves normally for a few letters and then it reverts to typing backwards. Also, if you put focus in another paragraph and start typing then your cursor jumps back before the first letter in the first paragraph.

    Sorry to know that, could you please try after clearing your browser cache? Or try in the incognito mode. If the problem persists, could you please share the screen recording?

    Update to the new version of the plugin: The problem is solved. I have cleared the browser cache and the problem is solved. Thanks!

    I activated WP Review, used Incognito, and the same issue. I also cleared W3 Total Cache as well.

    Actually, I forgot about CloudFlare. I cleared that out and looks like I’m all set now.
