WP Retina 2x generates cropped images

Hey there,
I’m using WP Retina 2x for the first time with the WordPress Avada Theme.
I tested WP Retina 2x for three images on the start page. -> https://www.bcix.de/
After generating the Retina images I was wondering, that lots of theme are cropped:

Which image sizes are the not the cropped ones, is there a list ?
