WP REST API is not active and WooManager App is not working!

WP REST API is not active and WooManager App is not working!
I have this problem too.

I have this also – I have tried doing the plain and pretty etc and various other tips but its still not working
I’m not computer savvy enough to know where to go to add codes etc and feel like weeks of work is wasted now…please can somebody help?

Hi I managed to sort it eventually by getting a plugin called
WP Rest API version 2
