WP responsive theme with an MVC/HTML sibling

Hi,
I am undergoing a site development involving a WP installation plus a Kohana-based MVP platform. I reached to make working together the two but I want to have exactly the theme for them. Therefore I am looking for a source/supplier that has developed both a responsive WP theme and a regular HTML responsive version of it. The responsive library should be Bootstrap.
