I installed this plugin while searching for a reset solution for our large customer base. After following the instructions “exactly” I am now unable to log into the WordPress Admin. Result: “ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?” I realize I can go into my phpmyadmin and reset the password, but that is not the point to using this plugin. Please advise what’s going on here, and will your company resolve this issue because it seems to be a common issue for others including the 8 other WordPress platforms we tested this on.

    Please Advise.

    Hi, sorry to hear that.
Please email [email protected] so that our main dev can take a look. We’d be more than happy to fix this issue as soon as we can replicate it on our end.

Forgot: is this WP-MU or a single installation?

For some reason, the WordPress User roles were not applied properly so I had to go ahead and reset them via WP-CLI.

We believe that the table storing the roles was corrupted by your plugin

Are you using WP-MU or a single installation?
