WP Raffle issues

  • WP Raffle ticket generator does not work! I have opened 3 tickets with them to get sorted and they still haven’t. WP have sent all the logs / info and still not working. The raffle does not allow the questions to work (paid for platinum) keeps dropping out – stopping people from allowing it to work, knocked the home page down and still waiting for a response some 2/3 days later!

  • Hi – I am sorry you do not like that we work USA hours. We have refunded your money and had refunded your order BEFORE you wrote this. As we have told you many times, you are using wordpress.com – that is different and that is RESTRICTED vs open www.remarpro.com. WordPress.com has a list of many plugins that are not allowed. This plugin is complicated and needs to integrate with various parts of wordpress that wordpress.com does not support.

    Also- all tickets were responded to the same or next day. You never waited 3 days for support. I am sorry that you feel we should be available 24/7. Note that we are responding to you at 5AM our time.

    I have the same problem. No where did I see that it only works on .org version of wordpress. I have the plugin installed and the question element won’t work. I have waited 3 days for support too, and no reply? Help would be appreciated as my site had gone live and is now in limbo.

    Hi Steve. I apologize, I am not showing any unanswered support tickets. We are not allowed to respond to support for paid versions on this forum.

    Our bronze version works fine on wordpress.com, but our paid versions require functions that www.remarpro.com hosting does not allow. We have a few places on our website that indicate that. I will look at having our team make that more prominent.
