WP Query products by discount

Hi!

I’m just wondering if it’s possible to do a wp query that includes all products to which a discount has been applied? I’m trying to build a little widget for my cart page that will show my discounted products to encourage impulse purchasing. Couldn’t find anything on this board for it but I might not have been looking for the right phrase so sorry if this has already been answered!
