WP- Property Importer

I have installed and configured the basics for the importer.
I have narrowed my import to a small section of a single county for testing.
I am pulling in about 160 listings.
But I am stumbling in a few areas:

1: When the importer runs, the listings come in as “active”, not “published”.
I have to “publish” them manually, one at a time.
When the import runs again, it overwrites them, and I have to re publish each one.

2: I have the PublicRemarks pulled in as the excerpt, how do I write it to the body of the post?

3: The pictures are importing, but only one shows on the post
