[plugin: wp-project] Fix for project.php file

I downloaded the wp-project today from Extend and there was a parse error on the project.php file, and a couple of posts where the author is to busy, it has not been updated for a while (2008).

The code php tags were corrupted <? instead of <?php on three lines 34 47, 53.

I have emailed the author and have uploaded the fixed file, it is fine with the fix, ‘WordPress 3.01’

This code replaces the code in wp-project/pages/projects.php

I also want to extend this plugin, as there is not another plugin I can find for simple, timesheet recording.
